Introducing Homes 4 Furry Friends, Mosaic RE Group’s New Partnership With Dallas Pets Alive! and the Humane Society of Dallas County

Every day, we help people find their perfect home. Somewhere along the way, we noticed something else: right here in Dallas, thousands of dogs and cats are still waiting for theirs.

So we decided to do something about it. We teamed up with Dallas Pets Alive! and the Humane Society of Dallas County to launch Homes 4 Furry Friends — every time a client buys or sells a home with Mosaic RE Group, we sponsor an adoption fee.

How Homes 4 Furry Friends Works

The program gives you two paths, and both help a rescue pet:

• Option 1 — Adoption. Once you close on a home purchase or sale with us, you have 6 months to adopt through Dallas Pets Alive! or the Humane Society of Dallas County. Complete the organization’s standard approval process, and we cover the full adoption fee as our gift to you.
• Option 2 — Donation. Not ready to bring a pet home yet? That’s completely fine. We’ll donate the adoption fee to Dallas Pets Alive! in your name instead, which goes directly toward care, shelter, and second chances for pets still waiting.

As we like to put it: a new home for you, a forever home for them.

What This Means for You

What Happens if I’m Not Ready to Adopt a Pet?

Nothing is forced or forfeited. We simply donate your adoption-fee sponsorship to Dallas Pets Alive! in your name, so another rescue pet’s care and second chance still gets funded.

How Long Do I Have to Adopt After Closing?

Six months from your closing date, through either Dallas Pets Alive! or the Humane Society of Dallas County. You’ll still need to complete that organization’s own approval process — we cover the fee once you’re approved.
